Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Since we have multiple warehouses across the world, please contact us beforehand. We will give you the address you can send the goods to.


REFUNDS

We provide refunds in case the goods is unopened, damaged, not the one you ordered or does not function as it should.

In the unlikely event of being dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@geneveaesthetics.com. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Allow up to 14 days to process and refund your money. If you haven’t received a refund by then, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may want to return a product.

However, kindly note that due to the pandemic and for hygienic reasons, we are currently unable to accept product returns for used or slightly used beauty products like creams, powders, gels and serums. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not the one you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@geneveaesthetics.com with a description of a problem and a photographic proof enclosed.

We will never resell returned products and only ship out new items in pristine condition.


SHIPPING

Unless the goods is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

We are NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds cannot be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
